Your New Role:
- The lead functional consultant for new Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
- Act as the subject matter expert for the warehousing, distribution, and logistics components of the project
- Coordinate with customer stakeholders, primarily in operations to understand their warehousing workflows, gathering requirements for the new system
- Design and configure ERP functionality to meet business needs
- Train and support users to promote a level of systems self sufficiency
- Integrate other ISV products and WMS add-ons as needed
What You’ll Need:
- Implementation experience for Dynamics NAV and D365 Business Central
- Prior consulting experience with requirements gathering, systems design, and testing
- Extensive knowledge of key processes within a warehousing, distribution, 3PL, etc. type environment
- Experience of warehousing add-ons such as EDI, Lanham, Manhattan WMS, Highjump, etc.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
