Job description: TalentWorld is recruiting an Digital Marketing Coordinator in Toronto for one of our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client’s marketing and customer experience team and support them with all their digital marketing projects. The successful candidate will have a combination of creative and technical skills.

Digital Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

• Post, schedule, upload and delete content using a content management system (CMS)
• Schedule and post social media content using social media platforms as well as third-party applications
• Use an accessibility tool to check content on website and update content in CMS based on recommendations
• Assist in updating CMS manual or written instructions
• Audit website pages using accessibility checker and fix simple HTML or CMS errors
• Assist in updating PDFs to be accessible
• Review content for spelling mistakes or typos and update as needed
• Perform other digital communications tasks as needed

Digital Marketing Coordinator Qualifications

• Content and/or data entry experience
• Experience using content management systems (Sitecore preferred) to upload, edit and delete web content
• Ability to schedule and/or posting web and/or social media content
• Ability to perform minor editing and formatting to images and PDFs
• Ability to use a manual or written instructions to perform a task
• Comfortable using and learning new computer programs and Internet browsers
• Some experience using Hootsuite and/or other social media scheduling/monitoring tools preferred, but not mandatory
• Previous IT experience an asset
• Experience with HTML

Employment Details

Employment type: 5 months

Shift Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)

Start time: ASAP

Location: Toronto (remote)

Pay 18$/hr
