We are currently searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us in our mission.
Your focus will be to create a market leading experience for potential and existing customers who interact with our brand, regardless of which channel they arrive through. You’ll be a dynamic and creative individual who not only has a passion for the creative application of digital marketing, but also has an understanding of why people pursue athletic goals.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Working closely with the Director of Marketing, the role will have a variety of responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities
- Build digital marketing strategies with the senior team based on company vision and quarterly objectives
- Lead the management and execution of email marketing, paid ad, SEO/SEM, digital media and social media campaigns and objectives
- Daily monitoring of campaigns to ensure OKRs/KPIs are met
- Provide actionable and results driven insights to continually improve campaigns, messaging and tactics
- Regularly test marketing ideas and concepts in the market
- Keep abreast of the latest in digital marketing
- Own all processes and tactics related to digital marketing
- Manage digital marketing integrations with offline marketing campaigns (e.g. events)
Qualifications and experience
- A degree in marketing, business or other related discipline (applicants without must demonstrate extensive applied experience in this field)
- 4+ years experience in a digital marketing
- A deep understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing, especially multi-channel or omnichannel
- Excellent marketing tactical and strategic understanding through experience
- A good understanding of project management
- Experience reporting in to and selling in ideas to the senior team
- A deeply analytical mindset
- A growth hacking mentality

Salary: $55-60,000/year plus benefits, depending on experience
NOTE: Work terms are with Digital Skills for Youth Program, funded by the Government of Canada. Please check the criteria to see if you qualify
At this time we are taking all necessary steps to keep our employees safe – This includes the ability to work from home. Our plan is to resume working from our North Vancouver office (185 Forester St) on a flexible basis once the situation improves.
