Job description: Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Montreal East
Salary: From $60,000 to $70,000 per year

In this role, you will be working on a marketing team and leading the overall direction of the digital marketing and brand strategy. This is a full-time permanent position offering a very competitive salary, full benefits and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and thriving company.

In this role, you will:

– Support the Marketing Director in planning, implementing digital initiatives to support the marketing strategy, campaigns, branding and advertising activities
– Create engaging marketing content and digital assets for social media and digital campaigns
– Manage social media channels including digital calendar and posts and online events
– Be responsible for graphic design
– Implement, monitor and optimize social media strategy
– Track website, marketing automation and analytics stack

Qualifications:

– At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and in working with digital marketing, SEO, analytics and content
– Experience in social media marketing, content marketing, and media production and how to compose compelling posts
– Fluency in English and French
– Must be hands-on and able to run social media and put together a concept for brand direction and strategy
– Drive, initiative, ability to work with deadlines within a fast-paced environment
