Job description: The Director of Design & Construction will be responsible for: * Overseeing a portfolio of c.10 projects concurrently * Exercises effective cost, schedule and quality control * Planning and managing project time lines * Assisting in creation and implementation of design, specifications and regulations using BIM Technology * Implementing best practice and continuous improvement across operating processes * Providing leadership across your direct and the wider business, offering support and training & development opportunities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
