Job description: As Director of Finance & Administration at the Conexus Arts Centre you will work closely with the CEO and Management team to deliver memorable guest experiences to Southern Saskatchewan. This role will focus on the effective management and coordination of the Centres finances and human resources. The ideal candidate will have excellent financial management skills and be a leader in labour relations.

Qualifications: CPA, similar designation or minimum of 5 years equivalent experience
HR designation or equivalent experience
Payroll experience
Ability to communicate effectively orally and written. Superior command of the English language.
Excellent decision making skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Industry related experience will be considered an asset
