Responsibilities:
– Collaborating with team members to optimize dispatch productivity and complete deliveries on time
– Remaining in communication with Customer Service to collect and confirm all requests
– Coordinating all activities in collaboration with other departments
– Keeping track of daily scheduled time of arrivals and time call
– Surveying drivers to ensure they are operating within the proper guidelines
– Maintaining constant communications to inform the drivers about daily and weekly activity
Qualifications:
– At least two years of experience in dispatching
– Bilingual
– Strong attention to detail and planification skills
– Good interpersonal skills to work with customers and coordinate with drivers on the road
– Good understanding of Quebec’s physical geography
