Job description: Job Summary

The IS Distribution Associate is responsible for receiving, packing and the shipping of all orders on a daily basis while ensuring all orders are 100% accurate and executed within SLA’s deliverables and in line with the Processes outlined within the ISO Standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:

The incumbent must confirm product accuracy of all orders while maintaining set operational standards, in order to provide quality service.

Maintain 100% Receiving/ Shipping accuracy.

Adhere to all Health and Safety codes and WSIB standards.

Assist in other areas of Integration Services as assigned by supervisors to ensure operational success.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

Additional duties as assigned

Meets attendance and punctuality standards

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

A list of five to eight major activities in descending order of significance to the overall objective of the job.

Indicate the approximate percentage of time spent on each activity on an annual basis.

Able to achieve set Receiving and Shipping lines per hour as outlined by Supervisor

Ensures complete product accuracy of each order, while maintaining set operational standards as outlined in the ISO documented procedures, so as to provide quality customer service, maintaining 100% accuracy

Adheres to all Health and Safety codes and WSIB standards.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Assist in other areas of Integration Services as assigned by your supervisor, to ensure operational success

Able to lift up to 50lbs

Proficient in Communication, Time Management, and attention to detail

Experience:

2+ years of relevant work experience.

Warehouse Environment Forklift experience is preferred.

Education/Certifications:

Minimal High School Graduate Specialties/Major Subjects

Special Training Required: Forklift Certification

Other related experiences:

Shipping and Receiving experience.
