Job description: We are seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Supervisor to join our Team. Candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in electronics manufacturing.

Supervisors in electronics manufacturing supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers who assemble, fabricate, test, repair and inspect electronic parts, components, and systems.

General responsibilities include:

• Supervise all manufacturing Assemblies, by inspection of various electromechanical assemblies at sub-assemblies, parts and components level.
• Train new employees on various jobs and train them regarding safety as per Health & Safety standard norms of the company.
• Guiding and Helping technicians to troubleshoot various electronics assemblies.
• Load the Electronic Garber file into the SMT machine (Samsung SM 482), program the desired job and make it ready for production.
• Prepare and process the work schedule as per the job requirements and establish work-friendly methods to fulfill the needs.
• Lead and motivate team members while attaining the company’s objectives of safety and quality. In addition, follow better methods to solve & resolve the work problems.
• Attend the production meeting with the manager and follow their work schedule.
• Complete work order and maintains progress report and ensure quality of workmanship to meet the standard requirements (ISO 9000).
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate any issues, review the performance to meet quality and production improvements.
• Requisition materials and supplies.
• Continuously Study various operations to make improvements for production.
• Give a Daily Production Report to the Manager.
• Attend the production meeting with the manager and follow their work schedule.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the SMT Line Operation.
• Post-secondary Diploma or University Degree required in electronics or a related discipline.
• Good knowledge of electronic assemblies including through-hole and SMT components, drawings and BOMs.
• Able to read values and correct polarity of Surface Mount components.
• Knowledge of quality systems and ESD control.
• Good work habits and housekeeping.
• A team player with great communication skills.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude is punctual, flexible and adaptable.

• Wages: $25.50/ hour
