Job description: Hotel Arts is currently looking for team-oriented Expeditors/Bussers with strong communication skills to join our team!

As an Expeditor/Busser at Hotel Arts, you’ll not only have the opportunity to show off your extensive food and beverage knowledge, but you’ll also have the opportunity to create an exceptional accommodation and dining experience for our guests.

Job responsibilities:

• Have a working knowledge of all POS systems to ring in orders.
• Perform Expo and food running duties in Hotel Arts outlets.
• Deliver orders to customers in a timely and prompt fashion.
• Ensure that Hotel Arts standards of tidiness and hygiene are met when preparing and delivering customer orders.
• Assist with room service orders on demand.
• Prepare and deliver all necessary amenity items to guests prior to the guest’s arrival.
• Be available to answer guest requests by answering the phone and recording orders.
• Support other tasks as needed.

Job requirements:

• Qualified individuals will be customer service driven with a passion for providing exceptional food and beverage service.
• A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a serving or similar hospitality role is preferable but not necessary.
• Previous experience with the Micros Operating System is an asset
• Require people who are organized, excellent multi-taskers
• Must be responsible, honest and work well under pressure
• Valid ProServe Certificate
• Flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
