Our Strategic Sourcing team is looking for an individual to assume the role of Finance Analyst within a fast-paced high-volume subscription business.

Main responsibilities:

Actively participate in the preparation of weekly and monthly revenue reports;
Preform monthly bank reconciliations;
Prepare accounting entries for month end;
Prepare various analyses for Management reports;
Accounts Receivable adjustments, bad debt calculation;
Accounts payable and accrual entries;
Responding to Auditor enquires;
Commission calculations;
Provide ad hoc administration support as needed to staff and Management;
Manage outgoing and incoming post.

Desired profile:

Possesses computer skills and web literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 software;
Experience working within a high-volume subscription base business an asset.

Experience with General Ledger and preforming month-end closing entries;
Must be detailed oriented / problem solver.

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent experience;
At least 5 – 10 years working in Accountant / Bookkeeper role.
