THE OPPORTUNITY

As a leader in the Business Finance Department, you will lead and motivate the team responsible for producing insightful financial analysis, effectively managing Aritzia’s financial assets and providing senior leadership with the required information and analysis to make informed business decisions. As the Head of Supply Chain Business Finance, you will play a pivotal role in Aritzia’s future growth by providing strategic and innovative financial insights and solutions to support the growing business. THE ROLE

As the Head of Supply Chain Business Finance, you will lead the team to:

• Plan the business in the short and long term in alignment with departmental and corporate objectives and strategies
• Lead the planning, forecasting, and analysis of the Supply Chain P&L including Trade, Logistics and Distribution Labour and Expenses
• Proactively maximize Supply Chain’s financial performance and drive smart spending through informed and fact-based business decisions
• Provide the Supply Chain Leadership Team and Aritzia’s executives visibility into performance results with relevant and timely intelligence
• Partner with the Supply Chain Leadership Team to deliver on the department’s strategic roadmap through informed business decisions backed up by robust evaluation and thorough analysis of initiatives
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners and other Business Finance leaders to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Head of Supply Chain Business Finance has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:

• Microsoft Excel mastery
• Proven, progressive experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Analysis
• Proven, recent experience in trade, logistics and distribution operations preferred
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
• A dedication to quality and investing in results that add value to the business at all times
• A proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work
• A keen eye for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
• A deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operate
