Job Description
As the Business Manager you will…
- Successfully help customers choose a selection of protection products: extended service contracts, life and accident insurance, and vehicle enhancement products to customers
- Perform credit applications and arrange financing and leasing solutions for customers
- Work as a team with sales associates and sales managers
- Work in a fast paced and exciting environment in the car industry
- Problem solve on a daily basis to help meet the needs of customers
- Provide an excellent customer experience and be a key contributor to customers’ buying experience
- Meet monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years financial services experience
- Prior car dealership experience is an asset, but not required
- Ability to think on their feet and problem solve
- Excellent communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Team oriented person
- Strong interpersonal skills
