Job title: Finance Manager

Job description: Our stable downtown client is looking to add a Finance Manager to their team. Reporting into the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for the following:

– Assist with making quarterly distributions
– Assist in packaging quarterly board meeting information and reports for retained asset entities
– Prepare Financial Statements, reports, analysis on agreed to intervals (quarterly, semi-annually and annually)
– Manage/prepare Financials and cash flow including year ends
– Manage/prepare accounts payable and book keeping as needed
– Prepare documents as needed to support transactions and accounting entries

You must have an un understanding of Trusts and Tax, Tax planning, and you are a CPA with a minimum 5 years of experience. Hybrid work / office arrangement, balanced working hours, benefits and great people to work with.
