The job involves:
- Assisting with performance, operational management, reporting and analysis for food & beverage programs and initiatives
- Assisting in preparation of annual food & beverage budget
- Collaborating with senior culinary members on menu costing, recipe development costing while maximizing profitability
- Completing ad hoc and planned qualitative and quantitative projects
- Monitoring quality within F&B operational standards by including but not limited to performing budgetary checks, supply inventory checks, restaurant visits, while maintaining excellent internal and external customer service
- Ensuring efficiency of all outlet’s FTE’s on an ongoing basis
- Assisting with long range planning and cost control measures
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
The ideal candidate has:
- Post- Secondary education in Food & Beverage preferred, Procurement, Business, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in an analytical position
- Superior knowledge of statistical concepts and modeling techniques
- Ability to identify, analyze and report market segment, demographic, psychographic and geographical customer information
- Demonstrate skills in problem identification, analysis and solution creation
- Superior organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Relational Databases, CMP, SQL)
