Job description: This role is location flexible for internal candidates. For external candidates, the role is based out of the PepsiCo Foods Canada HQ in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

The Role:

PepsiCo Foods Canada has an opening in the Finance Department for a Finance Manager, PFC Foodservice. The Finance Manager, PFC Foodservice assists in achieving the division’s goals by providing financial leadership to the Foodservice team. This includes forecasting, planning, reporting and supporting the new business acquisition process as well as innovation agenda.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Lead the weekly, period and quarterly performance management process, including managing the Frito-Lay and Quaker Foodservice P&Ls and the period-end processes.
  • Lead the forecasting process, working closely with cross-functional partners in sales and marketing to drive the business.
  • Lead the Strategic Business Plan and Annual Operating Plan processes, outlining long-term business strategies and developing building blocks for success in the short-term.
  • Work closely with partners in sales and marketing to help lead the customer and consumer agendas, including contract renewals, innovation launches and price-pack architecture.
  • Lead the Business Acquisition process, evaluating the merits of new business and presenting recommendations to the Foodservice Leadership Team.
  • Manage trade spend, Sellex and A&M budgets.
  • Lead 2 direct reports, responsible for guiding and developing an Associate Finance Analyst and a Finance Senior Associate.

Qualifications/Requirements

Who’s a good fit for the team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (business specialization preferred)
  • 5 to 7 years of financial analytical and planning experience
  • Track record of business leadership, problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Strong team leader, cross-functional collaborator and project manager
  • Ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment
