Currently the Comfort Suites Kelowna is seeking a Part time to potential full time front desk agent. Experience is preferred. The position would require a mix of morning and afternoon shifts for approximately up to 24-32 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours based on availability and hotel occupancy to 40 hours per week.

With attention to detail, this position is ideal for those persons seeking career in Hospitality. Most important is the person truly should reflect a fresh and positive outlook with a sense of duty to assist and be apart of a team environment.

• Must be available for a variety of shifts;
• have excellent interpersonal, public relations, and communication skills;
• answering calls and assisting guests with reservations or other inquiries
• have a keen eye for detail; be friendly and kind with check in and Check
• be enthusiastic and positive;
• be passionate about providing excellent service, and demonstrating our “I’ll Take Care of YOU” spirit with every guest, in every interaction;
• thrive on working both individually and as part of a team;
• Need to be able to follow health and safety guidelines.
• previous hotel experience needed -one year

Need to be able to prioritize, be proficient with computers and have ability to comprehend numbers. Ability to work weekends and or afternoons. Shifts are based on hotel occupancies and needs, however there is flexibility with the front desk team.
