Do you have a strong network of builders and design/build contractor within the GTA?

Our Client a Construction Finishing Contractor is seeking an experienced General / Operations Manager to lead business activities including contract estimates and execution, general contractor relations and manage office and operational staff. Clients includes commercial, industrial and high rise residential with an expertise in special coatings for both public and private sectors in a unionized environment.

Business activities will occur in a fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate needs to have excellent communication skills to manage a small office staff that develops estimates and quotations, and coordinate with site foremen to execute project deliverables and ensure all compliance issues are met. Ideal candidate will have a network of builders and design/build contractors to support business growth.

Further duties but not limited to: Responsible for day-to-day operations, preparation of quotations, overseeing estimations and drawings, dealing with trade work flow, conducting site meetings, attend Client meetings, project planning.
