To support Algolia’s rapid growth, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Benefits Administration Manager to join our team! You will evaluate, create, and manage all benefit activities. You will be pivotal in running our day-to-day benefit administration, as well as leading the review of our global programs and implementation of any program and/or system enhancements.
YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:
- Reviewing our current benefit programs and systems in all countries
- Managing day-to-day benefit administration – ie: answering employee questions, coordinating with payroll, and documenting our plans and coverage
- Evaluating our PEO benefit model in the US to help us prepare to manage benefits in-house, if necessary
- Owning recurring benefit deliverables such as, annual program renewals, benchmarking offer programs, etc.
- Analyzing benefit utilization data and employee survey data to make plan suggestions and enhancements
- Building audit process to ensure benefit data is approved and accurate across all systems
- Working cross-functionally with stakeholders in Finance, Employee Experience, Recruiting, HRBP, and other areas of the business
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- 3+ years of experience in working as a benefit specialist
- Experience working with a benefit PEO such as TriNet
- Experience managing HR Operations programs across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and working collaboratively with support teams
- Able to collect, analyze and present data sets support project goals and initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear articulation of business impact
- Preference for candidates with experience at our current stage and beyond (over 10,000 customers, $50-200M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure).
