Our client is looking for a Head of Finance/CFO to spearhead the organization’s financial strategy and planning for enterprise level of employees and portfolio. This is the highest level of financial head for the organization reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Finance Department and spearhead forecast and anticipation of business challenges, economic analysis, counsel, cash flow, trend analysis

• Key player in strategic new projects

• Financial and Business acumen to provide excellent leadership to direct team and indirect team members

• Manage $200 million+ in assets of the organization

Note: This opportunity will require relocation to Western Canada there is an additional relocation compensation package.

Requirements

Must haves:

• 10+ years in senior financial/accounting capacity

• CPA designation or equivalent

• Hands-on diversified portfolio management

• Community and Change Management driven mindset
