Job description: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The HomeSuites Regina Eastgate is hiring an Experienced Full-Time Front Desk Agent (32 hours/week). This is a PERMANENT Full-time position with opportunity to grow a career in the hospitality industry. Shifts will be from 3pm-11pm with an occasional 7am-3pm shift. Candidate must be available weekdays and weekends. Candidates must also have excellent English skills. We are looking for someone who has worked in the hotel industry who will understand the requirements of this role. The Front Desk Agent must be upbeat, friendly and customer service oriented as they are the first point of contact for guests. They are responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, cancelling and changing room reservations, processing guests’ departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms.
