Job title: Hotel Front Desk Agent

Job description: Riviera Motor Inn is searching for Front Desk Agents who have a knack for service and take pride in what they do.

Main Duties:
Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way as well as offer efficient check-out
Review arrival lists to welcome guests and prepare any special amenities that are needed
Addressing customer requests and complaints
Handle phone calls (including reservations if needed)
Providing information about facilities, programs and other services
Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages, etc)
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards of the hotel
Handle guest reservations when needed
Other duties as requested by guests and/or management

Expectations:
– Must possess outstanding, pro-active guest service skills, a professional presentation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Friendly, enthusiastic, and have a sales-oriented personality.
– Work well under pressure and as part of a professional team.
– Ability to handle difficult situations confidently.
– Able to communicate clearly with the hotel guests.
– Experience from a similar position is considered a huge asset.

These are part time positions, hours fluctuate based off of business needs. There is potential for full-time hours for the right candidate.

Shifts available are:
8am – 3pm
3pm – 10pm
10pm – 8am
