Job title: Hotel Front Desk Clerk

Job description: Genuinely good at assisting guests with accommodation and any questions regarding their stay or the local area they are visiting.

Computer experience is an asset. All guests checked in through the computer as well as checking them out.

Taking reservations over the phone, fax or email and entering into the system. You will be trained for all of these skills through front desk on the job training.

Ramada/Wyndham system training is done through the computer and online while at work. Training hours can be set aside for this, if needed.

Medical and Dental will be offered after 3 months based on hours worked and continued employment.

Hourly wage to be discussed in an interview, in person or over the phone.

Hourly and consistent cleaning is required to sanitize the desk area and the equipment used at the desk and to sanitize the entry to the lobby, ie doors, handles and elevator buttons for guests.
