Job description: As we are a small 9-11 rooms accommodations, the manager will have to wear many hats. Here is a list of the various responsabilities but are not limited to.

Ensure Guests
Satisfaction

monitor guest feedback, correct any service or product challenges and respond
to the guest in a timely manner

Supervise Staff
(employees and volunteers)

ë Train
and hire staff

ë Supervise
staff

ë Make
sure that the various tasks are done

ë Supervise
housekeeping team

ë Establish
Work Safe Procedures

Operations

ë Perform
front desk duties

ë Develop,
implement and enforce policies and procedures for daily operations

ë Ensure
compliance with government regulations

ë Conduct
amenities inspections to make sure that they are all up to code

ë Product
stocking

ë Ensure
that all supplies are in good condition and in stock

Promoting

ë Ensure
daily presence on social medias (Instagram & Facebook)

ë Update
website regularly

ë Respond
to Google reviews

ë Events
organization and supervision

ë Send
Promotional Emails

ë Keep
the mailing list updated (GoDaddy)

ë Develop
and maintain partnerships
