Job description: Pacific Place Hotels Inc is seeking candidates to fill a Hotel Housekeeper position

Job Duties
Removing garbage and linens from rooms
Replacing linens and towels
Restocking guest room amenities like shampoo, soap, pens, etc
Making beds
Thorough cleaning and sanitation of surfaces
Cleaning of the bathroom areas, including tiling, bath tubs, toilets, and sinks
Organizing and stocking of housekeeping supply carts and storage rooms
Vacuuming of floors
Notifying the maintenance department of areas of concern including broken appliances, damages
and burnt out light bulbs
Upholding the hotel’s security standards
Laundry duties including sorting, treating stains, washing, drying, and folding of guest
linens and towels
Cleaning of public spaces such as hallways, front desk area, and parking lot

Skills
You need to be able to push/pull a housekeeping cart, stand/walk/kneel for extended periods of
time, reach overhead, lift up to 30 pounds, and have good hand-eye coordination and fine motor
skills.
You should have incredible attention to detail, guest-forward thinking, be self motivated, and
a great team player. Time management and organization skills along with great listening skills
and high energy are required.

Position
This position is 30+ hours per week. The position is permanent.
You will report daily to the hotel in Saskatoon for work.
English language proficiency (both written and oral) is required in the position.

Remuneration
Wage is agreed upon with candidate based on experience and skills. A group benefits package is
available to all staff after 6 months of employment with a shared cost between employee and
employer. A benefits package outlining the costs and full benefits available is available from
the employer.
