Job description: We are looking for a Housekeeper capable of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.

The goal is to create a clean, orderly and welcoming environment for our guests, which is a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our hotel’s reputation.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full spectrum of room preparation, changing of linens and through cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and laundry
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Thorough cleaning of the entrance, lobby, all washrooms and the pub.
• Maintain the equipment you use, knowledge of products used
• Notify Manager of any room damages, deficits and disturbances
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Maintain Housekeeping inventory
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety practices and Covid 19 protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper preferred: will train
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Organized, with prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Knowledge of English language

Compensation

• Full or Part time Seasonal June to Sept (negotiable) 5 days/week 7 hours/day
• Salary $17.50/hr Accommodations if required
