Job description: HR Administration Assistant – 6 month FTC
I am pleased to be working with a wonderful business in Peterborough who have an immediate need for someone to join their amazing team providing HR administrative support including collating and distributing meeting papers, minute taking and recruitment activity.

This is a hybrid working role with some days in the office and some from home covering 30 hours per week.

You will need comprehensive admin skills, excellent organisation and time management with the ability to work to deadlines accurately and efficiently.

This will be a varied and busy position and will include:

  • ensuring meetings run smoothly, taking minutes and collating and distributing all meeting materials,
  • working with relevant members of the Board, the Executive, HR Business Partners, Regional Directors, advertising agencies and Local Government Chairs to manage the recruitment process,
  • managing all Senior level staff contracts, HR policy documentation and personnel files,
  • managing new joining external senior appointments and ensuring all relevant checks/procedures are completed,
  • organising Senior level interviews, liaising with senior leaders and candidates,
  • supporting recruitment activity for office roles,
  • providing a seamless delivery of recruitment administration and onboarding,
  • providing administrative support on the Groups’ Private Healthcare Provision Policy and related invoice processing,
  • supporting with the administration of benefits and salary sacrifice schemes.
  • providing general administration for the HR team, including mail merges.
