The Opportunity

As an Information Architecture and Knowledge Management Advisor you will be responsible for developing a knowledge management framework and re-organizing the current records utilized by the Customer Success Team. You will meet with members of multiple Customer Success teams to determine the location of their information and procedures, and will need to follow up with them to ensure that their procedures are current. Management of the knowledge and processes is to be achieved by an intuitive and easy to use information architecture. You must enjoy solving problems, or you have a natural talent for organizing complex information in a clear and logical way. This will combine the art and science of organizing and labeling web sites, intranets, online communities, and software to support findability and usability.

The Job

  • Analyzing the current records structure, documents and procedures with the goal of revising and improving the data management.
  • Develop the framework and procedures needed to make navigating and updating the knowledge management structure easy.
  • Meet with other team members and get an understanding of where they navigate and store their information and procedures.
  • Use the framework that you developed to reorganize the current data into one consolidated location.
  • Collaboratively work with the global service team to identify processes and tools improvements and implement corrective action.
  • Provide training to different groups on how to navigate, update and create new processes or data.
  • Will demonstrate a strong understanding of key business drivers and will partner the business unit leadership.
  • Through the explanation of the data and information will provide recommendations to maximize the value of data and information assets via their creation, access, and use and enable the workforce.
  • Will have end-to-end vision, and see how logical design will translate into a physical design will translate into a physical design, and how the data will flow through successive stages involved.

What Skills You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent
  • Proficiency in designing layouts from start to finish
  • Records and Information Management Certificate
  • Information Architecture
  • UX/UI Design experience
  • Wiki Development
  • Experience with web technology (Javascript, HTML5, HTTP, Angular, etc.)
  • Experience with SharePoint and Wiki Development
  • Superior organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Creative thinking Analytical and problem solving
  • Ability to manage multiple complex problems under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Very Strong quantitative skills and a good sense of how to dissect problems.
