Job description: Information Delivery Analyst

The Information Delivery Analyst role is to examine requirements, develop and maintain investment related reports for various business units across the organization. The individual will be required to manage requests for information and coordinate with internal teams for efficient delivery to our business partners.

Your Responsibilities

Develop, review and validate recurring and ad-hoc reports to ensure accuracy of data.

Extract data using SQL from various investment systems.

Develop quality expectations, ensure compliance and establish procedures to ensure all controls are maintained.

Generate and coordinate all monthly and quarterly reporting processes.

Facilitate all ad-hoc requests from both internal and external parties.

Ensure proper documentation for all QA processes.

Meet with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and goals.

Communicate reporting changes, enhancements and modifications to stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.

Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new processes and other post-implementation support.

Build and maintain positive working relationships by effectively communicating and regularly sharing information and knowledge with team, in addition to internal and external technology partners.

Liaise and collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure excellent levels of client service.

Deployment to production plans, including SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and support documentation.

Your Qualifications

University degree with strong Investment knowledge

Intermediate knowledge of SQL.

Minimum 2 years of related work experience

Strong attention to detail and keen on accuracy

Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Logical and efficient, with strong problem solving skills

Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure

Strong customer service orientation

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives

Relationship building: able to build, maintain and manage strong relationships with investment managers, analysts and client services agents

Strong negotiation and influencing skills
