The Privilege Access Management (PAM) team within the Global Identity and Access Management group is responsible for identifying and controlling access to privileged accounts across the Bank. The mandate is to ensure elevated privileges are managed and controlled in accordance wit the Bank’s Logical Access Management Standard.
The Information Security Advisor – PAM, will support the Bank’s Endpoint Privilege Management solution. The successful candidate will provide PAM Advisory services to helpdesk staff, infrastructure administrators, developers, and technology partners in alignment with the Bank’s goals and objectives.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
- 5+ years technical experience in information technology or information security.
- Hands-on experience in access management on Windows operating systems with strong understanding of Windows UAC.
- 2+ years hands-on experience in the administration of Privileged Access Management tool(s). Experience with any Privilege Elevation and Delegation Management (PEDM) tool.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve Windows elevated access management issues.
- Advanced communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English or Spanish
