Job Description

About This Role

We are looking for someone to develop and implement Technology Controls and Information Security related policies, programs and tools. You will provide specialized expertise and guidance on assessing risks, identifying potential gaps and providing security solutions to mitigate risks and protect TD. You may also participate on projects of moderate to high complexity and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional, business line or enterprise level.

• Advanced working knowledge of the latest Azure technologies in complex cloud transformations.
• Ability to demonstrate a track record of transformation in large clients successfully adoption of the public cloud.
• Experience in roles and performing technical delivery tasks as part of a large Agile team.
• good communications skills, you have the ability at mapping business needs to technology solutions and helping non-technical audiences understand the benefits of these solutions.
• Deliver a defined set of control objectives, and control designs that can be implemented
• Detailed knowledge of Compliance as Code operational and governance process
• Automation solutions on as many as possible controls for more effective execution of policies
• Implement and document configuration drift detection for new services through Sonrai
• Knowledge to deploy a Security Operational Target Operating Model
• Deploy and Operationalize security monitoring tools
• Implement logging monitoring capabilities

Daily activities:

• Work in partnership with clients, advising how to use cloud technology to meet their business objectives and then translate these to technical specifications enable
• Interact with project leads and technical stakeholders for a end to end solution
• Lead technical implementation of Cloud Workstreams with high quality results
• Identify technical issues reported, escalations and resolution
• Keep up to date with technology trends

Requirements

What can you bring to TD? Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention. It helps if you have:

• University Degree.
• Information Security Certification / Accreditation an asset.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Detailed technical understanding of cloud platforms and supporting technologies
• Technical experience in a major public cloud platform using Infrastructure-as-Code, with Microsoft Azure experience being a plus
• Knowledge of cloud foundational components such as those defined as security, governance, and compliance.
• Understanding of cloud automation and orchestration tools and techniques including GitHub, Terraform, Azure DevOps,
• 5+ years of Information Technology field experience
• 3+ hands on experience in implementing/maintaining highly complex cloud environments
• Experience migrating on-premise workloads to the cloud
• At least one recognized public cloud technical certificatio
