THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of the Solution Delivery Department, you will be part of the team responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and continuously improving information technology solutions. As the Business Systems Analyst, People Technology, you will develop a strategic roadmap for the prioritization, design, development, testing, implementation, and management of people technology solutions that meet business requirements and scale with our accelerating business. You will work with internal and external partners to lead the delivery of technology projects related to all areas that support our People & Culture. Your comfort zone should include a white board, an engaged room of stakeholders, and an opportunity you’ve never heard about (but can already imagine the solutions for). THE ROLE
As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will:
- Identify and deliver innovative HR technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow
- Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric HR technology design
- Work relevant cross functional partners to ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure
- Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies
- Launch and maintain HR technology solutions
- Ensure seamless delivery and management of technology solutions for business partners
- Be driven by continuous improvement and a hunger to understand how things work so that you can make them better
- Be the first phone call when an opportunity is identified and wear the white gloves when your solution is delivered
- Validate that build requirements meet the business needs and design intent
- Develop test scripts to validate desired functional requirements
- Work with IT partners to trouble-shoot issues, executing root cause analysis

- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
- Workday or other Human Resource Management Systems, Payroll, Workforce Planning, ERP, Financial Reporting, and Business Intelligence systems.
- Industry specific human resource process and technology challenges or automation projects
- Working with internal and external development teams
- Gathering requirements and turning them into solution designs and the appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
- A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work
- An understanding and a passion for the industry in which we operate
