As a member of the IT Solution Delivery Department, you will be part of the team responsible for turning business requirements into solutions. As the Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and management of our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring solutions are optimized and built for seamless integration with your business processes. You will work cross-functionally across all areas of people and culture, architecting, planning, developing, executing, and managing the enhancement and support of Aritzias HRIS systems. THE ROLE

As the Senior Systems Engineer, you will:

• Identify and deliver innovative HRIS technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow
• Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric HRIS technology design
• Work relevant cross functional partners to ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure
• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies
• Launch and maintain HRIS technology solutions
• Be the point person for all things HRIS, seeking every opportunity to dive deep into the intricacies of large enterprise HR solutions
