During the escalated COVID-19 pandemic, the contract worker will be allowed to work remotely. Following de-escalation of COVID- 19 and if applicable, the contract worker will be notified to return to work onsite at a client site.

ADVANTAGES
requires a single (1) resource with experience evaluating, designing and implementing PCI- DSS compliant secure telephone payment solutions. This resource will be part of the IT team working together with the PCI Program team and business stakeholders to review the existing telephone payment processes and associated cardholder data environment, identify/validate in-scope systems related to those telephone payment processes, update documentation for the current data flow and components and make suggestions on how this process can be modified to improve and ensure PCI DSS Compliance while meeting business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will work with the project team, which include the PCI Program and business unit clients to review and validate documentation for the existing telephone payments systems, complete technical analysis and recommend options (internal and external) for the Project team to review.
Successful candidates will

• Conduct analysis and recommend PCI compliant options
• Provide expertise in telephone based payment systems
• Assist in project planning and estimating
• Conduct knowledge transfer/expertise to other City resources, where required

QUALIFICATIONS
Skill/Experience/Education

Essential
1. Ten plus (10+) years’ experience as an Application/Infrastructure Systems Architect in design, implementation and documenting software solutions 2. Three (3) years’ experience with PCI Compliance including architect, design and implement PCI compliant Telephone Payment Solutions

Desired
1. Experience Designing and implementing telephone systems and telephone payment solutions
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
3. Excellent documentation skills;
4. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
5. Previous work experience with PCI compliance in the public sector or large organizations related to development tools and technologies
6. Solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
