Our North Shore client is offering an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales/ Customer Service Professional who also has a flair for creative marketing. Their ideal candidate will be passionate, nigh energy and organized.

What the Inside Sales/Customer Service does:

  • Coordinate a comprehensive community/ member recruitment and retention program.
  • Coordinate a comprehensive new community. member marketing program to include promotions periods, new member surveys and facility tours.
  • Develop and monitor prospective member list to stay in touch with members and keep them engaged and excited.
  • Seek and retaining partnerships with businesses and organizations for advertising opportunities at their facility.
  • Coordinate promotions and event planning.
  • Develop membership campaigns.
  • Assist with social media and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee production of marketing and communication materials, media development, including the organizations website.
  • Initiate participation in community events, information fairs, and other events.
  • Assist with member events including, registration, set-up and onboarding support.
  • Work with other departments such as Sales, Food & Beverage and Events teams to create communications to support and drive key initiatives and events.

What the successful candidate will bring:

  • Degree in business, communications, sales & marketing or related fields
  • 2+ years’ work experience in sales
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Advanced computer skills in Word, Adobe, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret goals, objectives, and policies
  • Community work experience even as a volunteer would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, to be flexible under stress and to deal with difficult situations and deadlines.
  • Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
