Job title: Inside sales representative

Job description: Our client provides on-line and in-store payment processing to businesses across Canada. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter to work as a bilingual inside sales rep. You will be responsible for receiving calls from businesses, asking and answering their questions about our products and services and selling and ultimately selling to them. The other part of your role will be to call on warm leads. We are looking for someone looking for a career in sales, who is motivated by success and brings their energy and excitement to our team and customers. Shifts are from 11-7 and 12-8 and after 6 months, day shifts become available. Please provide your resume in English.

Workplace: Work from home in 2021 and hybrid model in 2022

Salary: Base of $46,000

Commissions/Bonus: $20,000 at 100% plan, significant over achievement bonus

Job Function:

-Respond to inbound calls
-Qualify prospects by asking probing questions about their business and needs
-Provide solutions using consultative selling methods
-Update CRM regularly with sales activities
-Call out to warm leads to answer their questions
-Propose solutions
-Close opportunities
-Follow up on clients
-Keep up to date on new products and services
-Stay abreast of competitive market

Job Requirement:
Inbound vs Outbound: 60% inbound calls versus 40% outbound calls to warm leads

Road vs Office: N/A

Languages: Fluent French and English

Education: College degree or equivalent work experience

Training: Full and thorough 2 week training program provided (all virtual)

Overnight Travel: N/A

Years of experience: minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience with a winning attitude

Other requirements: Experience using a CRM like Salesforce is an asset

Transferable Knowledge:

Experience negotiating contracts
Proficient in MS Office

Requirements

• Essential – 1 year sales experience or customer service
