Inside Sales & Technical Support Representatives flex their intuitive knowledge of industry components & best practices to solve problems for their clients; if you know what your customer wants before they finish their sentence, this role might be just right for you!

Responsibilities
– Attending to and taking the orders/quotation requests of phone, fax, email and walk-in customers.
– Provide Technical assistance to customers, directing them to proper courses of action and products that will aid their project.
– Managing the order process by submitting PO’s, communicating with shippers and suppliers to maintain accurate ETA’s and information for the customer.
– Consistent use of sales techniques and promotions to increase sales
– Adherence to the company Health and Safety Program, staying up to date with all safety guidelines.
– Maintaining an active knowledge of company Products and Services

Qualifications
– A strong working knowledge of the Pipe, Hanger and Valve industries is key.
– College Diploma in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, or a related study.
– 5+ Years experience in an Inside Sales or Customer Service role
– An equivalent combination of hands-on experience and education
– Self-starter attitude an absolute must; this jobs not for wallflowers!
– An equivalent combination of hands-on experience and education
