Job title: Intermediate .NET Software Developer (Traveller Information Systems)
Job description: Company Description
We are a global architecture, engineering, planning, and technology firm defining the cities of tomorrow.
By connecting design and technology, we change how people experience their built environment. We work across disciplines to create the intelligent systems, sustainable buildings, and efficient infrastructure that shapes the way people live, move, learn, and heal.
With over 3,000 employees and 60+ offices around the world, we understand what it takes to work locally and scale globally.
At IBI, we’re defining the cities of tomorrow.
Job Description
IBI Group’s Intelligence group’s web team understands that managing traffic logistics can be a real hassle. That’s why we are developing solutions for our clients to make our cities smarter and our lives better. Combining data and complex algorithms, with an intuitive user interface, our team’s goal is to keep cities moving around the world.
Working with high-profile clients across the globe, you’ll spread your C# programming magic across a host of web and device integrations. Your development work today will solve tomorrow’s traffic problems. Your code ideas will make a real difference in the real world with solutions that you, your family and your friends will interact with every day.
You’ll work with a growing, talented team, enjoying a startup-like environment where your voice is heard and your experience is valued.
This job has a high ‘people quotient’ and you’ll have a chance to work with some great clients and developers in an agile environment to craft innovative solutions and troubleshoot bugs. This gives you the opportunity to work at the edge of application and solution development, and make things happen in the space where mobile, desktop and middleware come together.
You’ll be involved in the entire development process, from the concept to delivery, while sharing your insights with others members of the team. Far from just development, you’ll be researching and developing new technologies that may be required for the implementation of client solutions.
Your sandbox will use C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Bootstrap, CSS, Javascript Typescript and whatever else it takes to do the job right. Needless to say, “end-to-end work” doesn’t begin to cover the job description.
If this is you, you can expect challenges both wide and deep. Big projects. Complex projects. And a chance to leave your mark on a world-class system.
Then come discover what IBI has to offer.
