Job Description
Job Title: International Education Program Administrator (NOC 0421)
Position Available:1
Location: Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $30/hr (40 hours/week)

Job Responsibilities:
-Plan, develop and evaluate international education programs and activities; organize and control new programs, structure and content tailored for needs of international students.
-Develop and update program policies, procedures, and curricula to meet provincial standards.
-Administer program budgets; produce reports and prepare research papers, educational texts, or articles; evaluate curriculum programs and recommend improvements.
-Facilitate the curriculum of courses, maintain existing learning content, and provide professional assessment and evaluation.
-Conduct statistical analyses to make sure courses and programs offered are cost-effective for international students.
-Provide training, professional development, and consultation to instructors in accordance with established policy.
-Provide long and short-term administrative planning analysis; develop, review, and monitor program goals and objectives.
Employment Requirements:
Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field is required.
Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years of related working experience with students, teachers, and other educators in multi-disciplinary teaching is preferred.

-Experienced with managing multiple projects within a rapidly changing environment.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with all individuals. 

-Ability to plan and adapt to change.
-Ability to complete work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail to processes and documentation. 
