A snapshot of some of the exciting things you will lead and do:

Coordinate Recruitment processes for employment of Foreign workers at facilities across Canada.

Manage all related documentation, reporting, and processes related to coordination of agency and worker contracts.

Provide support in mobilization, settlement and orientation of foreign nationals within the facility’s community.

Monitor and support compliance with immigration regulatory requirements

Promote positive employee engagement and retention.

What you will bring:

Working towards or completion of a post-secondary education program, diploma or degree in Human Resources Management

Excellent computer skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Strong team player with problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication and written skills

Ability to get things done with minimal supervision

Positive and professional approach with willingness to learn and enjoys challenging oneself
