Job description: POSITION OVERVIEW job Position Senior Level Consultant Location Montreal, QC-Canada. Job Description Summary Looking for an individual with deep experience in the Financial Services industry that exhibits strong program management skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the global organization, drive key program deliverables, and develop communications and messaging for senior management for a high-profile global technology hardware asset management transformation program within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, able to work independently and productively from home and will report into a manager based in NY. Due to the continued prevalence of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), all interviews will be conducted via videoconference to protect our candidates and employees. Key Responsibilities -Learn and articulate the key drivers and deliverables in our Site and Physical Technology Asset Management Program and help translate those into concrete actions in partnership with the Technology teams executing those actions -Coordinate and track program deliverables with Technology teams, at multiple levels, within your region and globally -Develop and distribute standard program meeting agendas and notes -Develop and update management reporting to track and articulate regional program status -Contribute creative ideas on approaches to completing key deliverables -Identify, escalate, track and manage key program risks and issues -Articulate complex issues and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications Skill Requirements -Successful program delivery of IT or data related projects at financial institutions -Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and shape messaging to stakeholders across Technology and other parts of the organization at various levels, including senior management -Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills are a must -Experience building relationships and working with multiple stakeholders in large dynamic teams in Financial Institutions -Ability to drive key decisions among stakeholders to meet internal and external deadlines -Demonstrated knowledge of general computing controls -Previous participation in response formation to internal and external audit preferred -Ability to work in a demanding environment with tight deadlines, required -Ability to balance effective communication with confidentiality, required -Previous participation in response formation to internal and external audit preferred -Previous Technology Hardware Asset Management experience in large, global financial services firm a plus -Familiarity with operating in an Agile Framework is preferred -Experience designing and implementing process and procedures, LEAN andor Six Sigma experience a plus -Asset Management certification from ITSM best practices, ITIL or ISO (5500019770) a plus
