Job description:
- Take charge of the task planning of the IT support team.
- Take charge of maintaining the company’s infrastructure.
- Provide excellent service to the various components of the IT team under his charge.
- Ensure clear communication with the various stakeholders of the organization.
- Ensure IT security.
- Manage the various suppliers of IT equipment / services.
- Fluent french (oral & written)
- College diploma in computer science or equivalent.
- 7 years of experience in IT technical roles, including 3 as team leader / director.
- Excellent knowledge of network security elements (firewalls, proxies etc.).
- Good knowledge of virtual environments.
- Excellent skills of managing multiple tasks / responsibilities.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Cobit management frame assets).
