Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of three and play a significant role in the growth of the team moving forward
- Provide outstanding client service and contribute to sales volume growth; resolve customer requests and promote client retention
- Review and contribute to improving new processes, procedures or new product roll outs
- Be able and willing to provide both hands-on and managerial support to resolve client queries
- Completion of all necessary management reports, including providing regular written progress updates
- Establish key performance indicators and complete employee reviews and development plans
- Define and establish measurable customer service metrics
- Manage multiple vendor relationships and client relationships simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Previously experience in a managerial or team lead capacity. Managed IT service provider experience would be considered an asset
- Maintain, manage and influence a positive team culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are pivotal for this role. The ability to build rapport with clients and build trust will ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a strong desire to learn particularly as it relates to new technologies and our client needs is imperative
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, delivery focused environment.
Experience:
- 7+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial function
- 3+ years in a customer facing capacity
- Strong generalist technical background.
- Ability to troubleshoot and take complex subject matter and layman’ s terms
- Strong service attitude and ethic; builds lasting customer relationships
- Strong leadership with demonstrable experience
- Ability to make timely, correct decisions based on facts, reliably and consistently
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrable customer presentation experience to varying levels of seniority
- Highly organized, with the ability to plan, and adapt based on external factors
- Commitment to quality standards and continuous improvement.
Education:
- Bachelor’ s degree in Computer Science or equivalent job experience.
