As ATB’s next Knowledge Management Specialist, EFS Digital Integration and Growth, you will be responsible to lead, support and execute on ATB and Everyday Financial Services’ (EFS) strategic priorities, directly influencing the growth and direction of EFS. As part of the Digital Integration and Growth team you will immerse yourself in ATB’s process knowledge base, empowering our team members with the information and tools they need to get things done for our clients. You are a strong individual contributor who is a lead for EFS on a variety of projects and initiatives. You will accelerate the work with a thorough understanding of EFS’ processes and requirements, creating data driven decisions to ensure solutions are delivered around creating value and exceptional experiences for our clients, while keeping a laser focus on digitizing EFS.

Accountabilities of the Business Analyst, EFS Digital Integration and Growth will include:

• Define the strategy for our EFS knowledge base and maintain high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for audiences for varying skill levels
• Develops and leads development of business models to drive change, address existing challenges and manage/mitigate risk
• Lead initiatives from scoping and objective setting to execution and implementation, using business sense to prioritize objectives
• Collaborates cross-functionally with management to anticipate changes in business requirements
• Work iteratively, focusing on human communication and feedback, adapting to change, and producing results
• Evaluate and enhance the performance of information architectures through analysis and research
• Translate process into digestible documents for both technical and non-technical users
• Prepare presentations, business cases for, and facilitate meetings to senior leadership
• Mentor and provide peer coaching/feedback to team members who have less experience, knowledge

Requirements

• University degree in Business, or a combination of training and work experience will be considered.
• 5-7 years of information and process management experience
• Relevant professional designation such as: Project Management, Six Sigma, Agile Methodology, Lean Methodology
• Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills, able to both work independently or lead a group while balancing multiple initiatives/projects
• Strong business acumen that supports the strategic and financial goals of EFS and ATB
• Experienced in delivering and executing high quality work on firm delivery timelines and quickly adapt to new challenges and continuous changes
• Strong aptitude in data analysis to solve problems, make data driven decisions, solutions and recommendations to leaders and senior leaders on EFS direction
• Strong digital mindset and proficient in Google Workspace software
• A quick learner, naturally curious and a self-motivated individual with a high degree of comfort working independently or within a group, horizontal environment to identify and pursue opportunities that will directly influence the growth and direction of EFS
