Job title: Labourer – Residential Construction
Job description: Seymour Pacific Developments Ltd. is a national leader in land development and residential construction, and we are currently looking for Labourers to perform a variety of construction-related duties at our new multi-family site in Calgary, AB.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning and preparation of work-sites
- Setting braces to support the sides of excavations
- Erecting scaffolding
- Cleaning up rubble and debris
- Removing of waste materials
- Moving construction-related material
- Other labourer duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a related position
- Experience using a variety of hand and power tools
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Willing and able to work long hours in a fast-pace, physical environment
