About our Client

Our client, a professional and well-established Law Firm in Surrey is looking for an Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Hours of work are 9 am – 5 pm, and will offer a salary based on the required qualifications and experience. Responsibilities:

• Prepare various correspondence and legal documents
• Review and proofread outgoing correspondence
• Control confidential material
• Data entry and light administrative duties
• Managing emails and assisting with lawyer scheduling
• Other general administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of legal experience
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Fluency in Punjabi is an asset but not required
• Experience with Conveyance is an asset
• Good organizational skills
• Positive attitude
• Flexible and adaptable
