Job description: A prominent Real Estates company is seeking an in-house lawyer for its head office located in downtown Vancouver. This vibrant and exciting family owned company has been involved in the acquisition, development, construction, asset and property management of multi-family and commercial real estate including hotel, office and retail properties across Canada and Unites States.

The company also has other investments such as hotels, and other business

Due to the ongoing growth, the company is looking to add another lawyer to their legal team. This lawyer will work closely with senior management while reporting to the General Counsel. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of corporate/commercial experience.

Additional requirements include general experience in real estate, leasing, general litigation, labour and employment and contract review.

To be successful in this role, you must have an excellent academic background, be highly motivated, detail oriented and have strong drafting and advocacy skills.
