Job description: LAKE COUNTRY OPTOMETRY is hiring a Licensed Optician and Contact Lens Fitter with a passion for problem solving, who enjoys building relationships with patients and co-workers. We are looking for a candidate who is open-minded, self-motivated, willing to take on more responsibility, and able to work within a team – listening, learning and teaching, as needed.

This individual should demonstrate a consistently attentive, courteous and compassionate demeanor towards patients. Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment are necessary skills for every applicant.

Must be flexible with work schedule and duties, must have a strong sales background, and general competency with optical dispensing. We offer competitive wages (dependent on qualifications and experience) including profit sharing and a flexible health benefits program. This position would be 4-5 days/week, depending on the candidate and their development within our team.
