On behalf of our client, Grand River Personnel is looking for great candidates for Food Packaging positions.
Shift: This is a FULL-TIME position.
AFTERNOONS: 3:30-11:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay Rate: $16.25 hourly + 4% vacation pay added to each cheque weekly!
Responsibilities:
- Picking crackers from line and packaging into trays and boxes
- Packing boxes onto skids
- Quality assurance duties
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace adhering to food manufacturing standards
Requirements:
- Must have CSA approved safety footwear.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for longer periods
- NO fake nails, nail polish, false eyelashes, non-removeable jewellery etc. as it is a food processing facility
- Additional PPE (lab coat, hair net, etc. will be provided and required)
- Lifting up to 30 lbs may be required.
