Job description: Leading Appliance company is looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator for the Vaughan location.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, 8 hours shift, Full-time
Location: Concord/Vaughan
Pay: starts at $21.00/hr
Job Duties:
- Responsible for supporting supply chain procedures and enforcing company policies.
- Proactively communicate with clients via email/phone call to keep them informed and to collect information pertaining to the fulfillment of their shipments.
- Tracking orders to ensure timely delivery and following up/resolving any issues.
- Inventory control/checking.
- Solve daily operational issues.
- Perform other related administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in Logistics Coordination and/or Supply Chain management.
- Must have great knowledge in Excel Microsoft and proficient in other Office suites.
- Well-organized individual with understanding of the order fulfillment cycle.
- The ability to learn and navigate various retailer programs/portals.
